MAFE meets at Noon on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday each month at McCormick’s at 2419 Montana Avenue and lunch is $12.00 ($12.65 if paying by PayPal). Traditional recruiting techniques rely on a large number of individuals looking for work, so new techniques are needed to deal with this new challenge. Brittney Souza is the Director of BillingsWorks, a local workforce development organization, and she will also discuss information on workforce trends and data for our local area.
