MAFE Committees
MAFE provides leadership opportunities to
members by serving on the Board of Directors, as an elected officer and through
committee involvement. MAFE committees include membership, public
relations, programs, accommodations, networking and The Weekend.
ACCOMMODATIONS
Call or email members prior to each meeting. Make arrangements for all
meetings. Greet members and guests attending each meeting.
MEMBERSHIP
Encourage members to invite prospective new members to meetings, review and
approve applications for membership. Introduce new members to the
organization. Distribute Directory of Members and regular updates.
NETWORKING
Provide opportunities for members to get to know each other's professional
skills and background. Plan activities and events for members and guests,
including an annual summer activity and a holiday party.

PROGRAM
Plan program for each meeting. Greet, host and introduce speakers.
PUBLIC RELATIONS
Publish three Newsletters each year. Seek articles from all members.
Member Kudo's can be emailed for
publication.
WEEKEND RETREAT
Plan a program and activities for the annual MAFE Weekend for members and
guests. Coordinate all arrangements for weekend.
