They provide leadership to effectively mobilize people, financial and strategic resources to improve people's lives, and they identify and address priority needs and provide solutions that achieve measurable results and sustained community change.
Public Works allocates available resources to protect the health and safety of Billings residents. We provide design, construction, operation and maintenance of water, wastewater, storm water, streets and alleys, solid waste, traffic control, and they provide engineering and other services. Dave Mumford, the director of Billings Public Works, will be informing us on water usage in Billings and upcoming projects.
Eagle Mount’s goal is to enhance people’s lives with Montana recreational activities. They make it possible for children and adults with disabilities to immerse themselves with year-around recreation and build friendships. We’ll be hearing more about the history of Eagle Mount and upcoming events.
The Northern International Livestock Exposition (NILE) is dedicated to the promotion of livestock, agriculture education, and preserving the western way of life. NILE is a week long stock show and rodeo held in October every year. MCall, the Equine and Communications Director, handles the horse sales and futurities, the ranch rodeo, and raffle filly among other tasks. She is the lead on Stetsons and Stilettos and works on various other graphic design and website projects.
